- This package is available off season on any date, and Monday through Thursday during peak season.

CEREMONY- OR RECEPTION-ONLY PACKAGE
We make things easy with our Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package, which includes everything from ceremony and reception sites to staffing, cake cutting, and more.
- A one-hour rehearsal at your ceremony site with the Weddings & Special Events Coordinator the day before the wedding, and the Coordinator’s presence\ at the ceremony to ensure it all runs smoothly for your special day.
- Access to your reception venue at 3:00 PM the day before the reception until 10:00 AM the day after. All events must conclude by 10:00 PM each day.
- A backup indoor ceremony location for all weddings hosted on-site in case of inclement weather.
- Private use of the booked venue, on-site parking, and tables and chairs for up to 250 guests for most venues. (Chairs are extra when Just Ranch or Rowley Homestead is chosen as the ceremony site.)
- Two complimentary lodge rooms for the wedding for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding.
- A variety of free and affordable activities* for wedding guests staying in Snow Mountain Ranch lodging. Guests staying off-site can purchase day passes if they’d like to participate in these activities.
*Free activities include basketball, campfires, disc golf, miniature golf, family-oriented nature classes, guided hikes, horseshoes, indoor pool with climbing wall and slide, volleyball, library, roller skating, summer tubing hill, and tennis courts. Activities available for a small additional fee include archery, canoeing, climbing wall, craft shop, day camp, fishing, horseback riding, and ziplining.
**While not included in this package, Snow Mountain Ranch does have a variety of other meeting spaces to choose from (at an additional fee) for your rehearsal dinner.
