Fuel up mountain-style at Schlessman Commons, where a hearty all-you-can-eat buffet awaits daily. Open year-round, we offer a tasty variety of hot and cold dishes—including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options to please every palate. Each meal features a fresh salad bar, savory entrees, tempting desserts, and refreshing beverages—so even your pickiest eaters will find something to love!

Dinner: 5:00 PM – 7:30 PM

The Skinny Ski Cafe at the Nordic Center is your go-to winter weekend spot for a cozy midday break. It’s the perfect place to refuel with casual comfort food or warm up with a hot beverage.
