We host more than 1,800 groups each year, and reunions are truly some of our favorites.

Accommodating 20 people, the Ranchhouse Cabin has 5 bedrooms and is available year-round and features a large dining room and living room with a wood-burning fireplace.

Our 6-Bedroom Cabin accommodates up to 22 and features a large living room with a gas fireplace and a full kitchen with island.

Pattie Hyde Barclay Group Cabin
The Pattie Hyde Barclay Cabin accommodates 72 people in 17 bedrooms and includes expansive living/dining areas, a large kitchen, and gas fireplace.

Available during the summer season, the Mountainside Lodge and Big Horn Annex is a popular choice for weddings and can accommodate 38 people total.

Our 7-Bedroom Cabin is available throughout the year, accommodates up to 27, and includes a large living room and outdoor-seating area with a fire ring.

Meals Made Easy
Our Retreat Cabins allow reunion groups to cook their own meals, but groups can also customize their stay with buffet dining, private catering, sack lunches, snacks, or a classic cookout.

- How many people are considered to be a group? How many people are considered to be a group?
A group is considered to be someone who is interested in booking hotel-style lodging and private meeting space or a large retreat cabin. There are 5-17 bedroom cabins available. Estes Park Center also offers the historic Ranch House cabin and 17-bedroom Pattie Hyde Barclay cabin. To reserve smaller cabins, please call our Central Reservations Department at 888-613-9622.
- What activities can we reserve? What activities can we reserve?
Many activities are included, and you will be able to work with our programs department to book add-ons like guided hikes or private craft sessions.
- Are meals included in group stays? Are meals included in group stays? Those staying in lodge rooms are required to be on a meal plan, and all members of your group must be on the same meal plan (2 meals per day in our dining hall). Those staying in a retreat cabin are not required to be on a meal plan
- How early should we book? How early should we book? We recommend up to two years in advance, especially for summer weekends.
- When is group check-in for meeting spaces? When is group check-in for meeting spaces? At both Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain Ranch, meeting space check-in is 3:00 PM on the day the rental begins. On the last day of the rental, Estes Park meeting spaces should be vacated by noon. Snow Mountain Ranch meeting spaces should be vacated by 10am
