Just Ranch
Outdoor Venue, Open Last Weekend in May to Second-to-Last Weekend in October
A historic homestead, at Just Ranch, you have the flexibility to determine which backdrop you’d like for your ceremony. Seating can be oriented toward the golden aspens on the side of the mountains or facing down the valley towards the Continental Divide. This location is across the street from the Legett Reception Hall. Chairs are provided for up to 200 guests.
Schlessman Camper Hub Patio
Outdoor Venue, Open Second Week of September to last week of April
The Schlessman Camper Hub has a beautiful outdoor patio for your ceremony and/or reception with views of Snow Mountain and the Continental Divide. It has a fireplace with a stone chimney that goes all the way up to the roof and can be used both inside and outside, and concrete floors. Hosts up to 250 guests.
Ember Fire Ring
Outdoor Venue, Open Second Week of September & October
Conveniently located within walking distance from the Schlessman Camper Hub, this idyllic location includes both a gas and wood burning fire ring overlooking the aspen-covered Snow Mountain, Pole Creek Valley and the Continental Divide. This fire ring includes amphitheater-style bench seating for your guests. Available only during mid- September & October. Hosts up to 250 guests.
Whispering Pines Chapel
Indoor Venue, Open Year-Round (with exception of major holidays)
This is a lovely venue for those looking for a more traditional setting for their ceremony. Whispering Pines Chapel is also one of the indoor backup options in case of inclement weather. Hosts up to 161 guests.
Wildflower Chapel

Conveniently located within walking distance from the Legett Reception Hall, the Wildflower Chapel offers breathtaking views of the Continental Divide with built-in benches for up to 150 guests.

Legett Reception Hall
Legett Reception Hall is a beautiful space with large windows looking over Just Ranch and the Pole Creek Valley. The outdoor deck allows for expansive mountain views and plentiful wildlife sightings.

Promise Reception Hall
Overlooking the Pole Creek Valley, this is an elegant reception venue with expansive views of the everlasting mountains. The crafted wood ceilings and walls provide an upscale western feel, and a spacious outdoor deck is a delightful gathering space for your guests to enjoy some fresh air.

Mountain Air Cookout Shelter

The Mountain Air Cookout Shelter is the perfect place for a uniquely rustic reception or rehearsal dinner. This location seats your guests at picnic- style tables and the building can be decorated with string lights.

Schlessman Family Camper Hub
Open Second Week of September to last week of April
The Schlessman Camper Hub, our newest building, has a beautiful outdoor patio looking out towards Snow Mountain and the Continental Divide. It has a wide interior for your reception with high wooden ceilings, a fireplace with a stone chimney that can be used both inside and outside, and concrete floors with a nice glossy finish.

We offer customized packages for rehearsal dinners, engagement and anniversary parties, corporate day retreats, and holiday parties.
Catering
Snow Mountain Ranch offers catering services at most of our reception and rehearsal dinner venues. Outside caterers are welcome in the Mountain Air Cookout Shelter & required for Legett Reception Hall. No outside caterers are permitted at Promise Reception Hall or the Schlessman Camper Hub.

Alcohol & Smoking Policy
- If you are serving alcohol at your reception, it must be provided or contracted by the wedding party.
- If you want to serve mixed drinks to your guests, you can do so only if you contract with our preferred bartending vendor; your Coordinator can provide their contact information upon request.
- If you choose not to contract with our preferred vendor as your bartending service, you must have a licensed bartender or a TIPS certified individual to serve & monitor alcohol to guests. Documentation of license or certification must be sent to your Coordinator prior to the reception.
- A licensed bartender or TIPS certified individual is allowed to serve beer, wine, seltzer and champagne (no mixed drinks/hard alcohol) to your guests on Snow Mountain Ranch property.
- Sale of alcohol is not allowed on site at Snow Mountain Ranch.
- Self-service of alcohol is not permitted at weddings.
- NO alcohol is permitted at ceremony sites unless the ceremony is being held at a contracted indoor venue.
- Smoking at Snow Mountain Ranch is only permitted in designated areas and this varies depending on the venue. Smoking at all outdoor ceremony sites is prohibited. Ask your Coordinator for more details.
- Use of marijuana in all forms is strictly prohibited on property; guests in violation of this policy may be asked to leave.
