Snow Mountain Ranch Dining Options

Schlessman Commons
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day in an all-you-can-eat buffet style dining hall.  Fresh salad bar, delicious desserts and homemade specialties accompany every meal.  Enjoy the majestic mountain views while dining with your family and friends.  Meals are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Ski Season (mid-Nov through mid-April): 6:30am – 9:00am
Spring, Summer and Fall: 7:00am – 9:00am
Adults: $8, Children: $4
Lunch:
11:30am – 1:00pm
Adults: $10, Children: $6
Dinner:
5:00pm- 7:30pm
Adults: $14, Children: $9
Children: 6-12 years old. Children 5 and under are free.
Buffet meals include salad bar, entrees, dessert and beverages.

Buckboard Grill & Grocery
Located in the Administration Building, providing snacks, sandwiches, hot grill items and a small variety of grocery supplies. Hours vary with seasons, please call for schedule.  

Skinny Ski Cafe
Stop by on a snowy day for a hot soup bread bowl, hot cocoa or a high energy snack.  The perfect place to relax after a day in the snow.  Located on the second level of the Nordic Center and open during the ski season.

Cafe Diem Espresso Cart
Our delicious espresso cart serves hot cappuccino, mocha lattes and more. Located in the Schlessman Commons dining hall. Open from 7am -1pm.
