3-DAY WEDDING CEREMONY & RECEPTION PACKAGE
If you are dreaming of a beautiful Rocky Mountain ceremony at Snow Mountain Ranch, let us make things easy for you with our 3-Day Wedding Ceremony & Reception Package.
3-Day Wedding Package Includes:
- A one-hour rehearsal at your ceremony site the day before the wedding, and the coordinator’s presence at the ceremony to make sure everything runs smoothly for your special day.
- You’ll gain access to your reception venue starting at 3 PM the day before your wedding and have access through 10 AM the day after. All events must conclude by 10 PM each day.
- Indoor backup venue for all outdoor wedding ceremony venues hosted onsite, in case of inclement weather.
- Private use of the booked venue, on-site parking, and tables and chairs for the chosen venue. Capacity varies depending on the venue and setup you choose.
- Two complimentary lodge rooms for the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding.
- A variety of free and affordable activities for wedding guests staying overnight at Snow Mountain Ranch.

CEREMONY- OR RECEPTION-ONLY PACKAGE
If you are dreaming of a beautiful Rocky Mountain ceremony at Snow Mountain Ranch but are planning your reception at another location — or if you are planning your ceremony off-site, but would love to have the reception at Snow Mountain Ranch — then this option is right for you.
Includes:
- Access to your wedding ceremony site or reception site starting at 3 PM the day before the wedding. If you’ve booked a Ceremony Only, you’ll have access to the ceremony site through 6pm on the day of your ceremony. If you’ve booked a Reception Only, you’ll have access to the Reception venue until 10 AM the day after your reception.
- Includes 1 complimentary lodge room for 2 nights, the night before your wedding and the night of your wedding.
- Private use of the booked venue, on-site parking, tables and chairs for the chosen venue. Capacity varies depending on the setup you choose.
- Indoor backup venue for all outdoor wedding ceremony venues hosted onsite, in case of inclement weather
