What’s included with meeting space reservations:

Meeting Space Access Times:
Meeting spaces are typically reserved from 3:00 PM on arrival day through 12:00 PM on departure day, with additional access available based on availability and event needs.

Reusch Auditorium

Lodging for Groups
Group lodging at Estes Park Center is offered by lodging category, with standardized room layouts and capacities to make planning straightforward. Your Group Sales Representative will help determine the best lodging mix based on group size, rooming needs, and accessibility considerations.
Lodging Categories:
- Central & Wind River Lodges – 4-person rooms with two queen beds and private bathrooms.
- Alpen Inn Lodge – 6-person rooms with two queen, one sofa bed and private bathrooms. Our only pet-friendly lodging option.
- Eastside Lodges – 6-person rooms with one queen and two sets of bunks and private bathrooms.
- Retreat Cabins – Private, multi-bedroom cabins with kitchens and shared living spaces.
Dining & Meal Plans
At the YMCA of the Rockies, we offer a variety of dining options that groups can customize to fit their needs during their stay. Each group has a food and beverage minimum that can be met through any combination of our dining experiences — from cafeteria style meals in the dining hall to private dining and full-service catering.
Meal Plan Requirements:
- Groups staying in lodge rooms are required to participate in a meal plan to qualify for group lodging rates
- Groups staying in retreat cabins are not required to be on a meal plan
- Meal plans include a minimum of two meals per person per day
- All group members must be on the same meal plan
- Reduced rates apply for children ages 6–12; children 5 and under eat free
- Meal plans are scheduled based on your itinerary and confirmed during the contracting process.

Dining Policies:
- Outside catering is not permitted
- Outside alcohol is not permitted
- Groups may have alcoholic beverages served with their catered meal and must use our exclusive purveyor
- Groups may bring their own snacks
- No food or beverage will be allowed to be cooked or prepared in a meeting room. This includes coffee makers, crockpots, electric or gas warmers, and gas or electric grills.
- Dietary needs and allergies are accommodated with advance notice
Activities for Groups
Hosting your event at YMCA of the Rockies gives your group access to Colorado’s stunning outdoors and a variety of fun, team-building activities. Many programs are included at no extra cost, while some can be reserved privately for large groups. Reserved programs are exclusive to your group, while participation during public sessions is free but shared with other guests and may be limited.
Groups can choose from:
- Sports & Recreation: Pickleball, basketball, roller skating, swimming pool and open gym
- Outdoor Adventures & Team Building: Guided hikes, challenge course (ropes) archery, ax throwing, campfires
- Creative & Educational: Arts and crafts center, on-site museum and library

Group activities and campfire rings are coordinated after lodging is booked and are reserved through our Programs Department.
