- What is your Reservation Priority System?
- Cabin donors receive first priority
- Members receive second priority
- Reservations open to the public after all pre-season donor and member requests have been processed.

- When do reservations open for Summer/Fall (for stays between June 1 and November 30)? Lodge Rooms, Yurts & Campsites – available to book 12 months out. Cabins: Non-members - open the first Wednesday of April Donors and members - March 1 through the first Tuesday in April each year
- When do reservations open for Winter/Spring (for stays between December 1 and May 31)? Lodge Rooms & Yurts – available to book 12 months out. Cabins: Non-members - open first Wednesday of October. Donors/Members - open September 16 through the first Tuesday in October each year
- Are your accommodations heated and air conditioned? Yes, all of our accommodations except for our yurts, are heated to keep you cozy during the cooler mountain temperatures. We do not have air conditioning, but you can open the windows to enjoy the cool, fresh mountain air!
