Revenue Recovery Emails
As part of Revenue Recovery model, we work with re-marketing service companies to send notification messages if you have abandoned your cart without making a purchase. This is for the sole purpose of reminding customers to complete the purchase if they’d wish to. The re-marketing service companies do a real-time capture of your email ID and cookies to send an email invite to complete the transaction if the customer abandons the cart. However, the email ID of the customer is deleted from their database as soon as the purchase is complete.

YMCA of the Rockies uses a limited number of security cameras at designated points at Estes Park Center and Snow Mountain Ranch as part of our ongoing commitment to youth protection and the safety of our guests, staff, and community. These cameras are intended to support basic access awareness and incident response when needed. They do not use facial recognition, do not identify individuals, and are not used to monitor day-to-day activity of guests or staff. YMCA of the Rockies retains control of the system and its data, and any use is guided by our values of transparency, privacy, and respect. Our goal is to balance safety with a welcoming, inclusive environment where everyone feels secure and supported.

Our Day Camps are for ages 3 – 13 and teen camp for ages 13 - 17 are available to anyone who would like to sign up, guests and non-guests alike!
Registration opens March 1, 2026 for YMCA of the Rockies Members and April 1, 2026 for the general public.

Laugh, Lead, and Grow at Our Day Camps
TRADITIONAL DAY CAMP
Our daily activities vary and may include swimming, a hike in Rocky Mountain National Park, climbing wall sessions, archery, mini-golf, and a fun hot dog cookout. Plus, campers will enjoy a wide range of experiences such as team sports, camp games, skits, songs, outdoor education, arts and crafts, science and engineering projects, and collaborative national park service activities. Space is limited, so please register your camper in advance!

We provide the opportunity for your child to be cared for before and after camp through our Early Bird and After Camp programs. The fee is $5 for Early Birds, 7:30 AM – 8:00 AM; and $10 for After Camp, 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM. Both of these programs fill quickly; if you don’t see it as an option when enrolling your camper, please email daycampepc@ymcarockies.org to be added to the waitlist.

Counselor-In-Training Program
$52/day | Mon. to Fri., | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Ages 15 – 17
Teens interested in working on their leadership skills can join our Counselor-In-Training (CIT) program. Developing core leadership skills in accordance with YMCA values, teens are paired with counselors to assist with traditional camper groups. CITs will also be able to plan and develop their own programs, games, and lessons. *We encourage CITs to spend multiple days with us, but the program can be modified to just a day or two. CIT program is free for teens enrolled in more than 2 weeks.

For 4th to 7th grades and teen programming, drop-off is at the Legett Youth Building. For grades K-3, drop-off is at Jellison. Drop-off is from 8:00 AM - 8:30 AM, and pick-up is from 3:00 PM - 3:30 PM. Day Camp Spaces Map

- Can I extend my child’s day at summer day camp? Can I extend my child’s day at summer day camp? Yes. Early Birds is from 7:30 – 8:00 AM. After Camp is from 3:30 PM – 5:30 PM. There is limited space available and extra fees are applied. We do not offer extended care options for children under the age of 3, enrolled in teen camp, or children enrolled in the inclusion program.

Our Day Camp has an Inclusion Program where campers with special needs are involved in the regular camp programming as much as possible. One-on-one counselors, trained for special needs campers, are available if needed. Guests can indicate special needs requirements when they register.
