Group Leader Responsibilities

  • Review contract for correct dates, meal plan and type of accommodations
  • Sign up all attendees
  • Collect money from all attendees
  • Assign rooms to all attendees
  • Request meeting space
  • Rent meeting equipment
  • Order meeting refreshments
  • Guarantee number of rooms/cabins/nights
  • Provide tax exempt form for each visit
  • Reserve all activities
  • Pick up and distribute all keys and meal tickets
  • Return all keys ($10 per lost key)
  • Pay balance at departure

Report all changes of leadership or contact persons to the Conference Office. Changes to your contract may
only be made by persons listed as a contact.
