Cabins Available for Adoption

The following cabins are currently available to adopt.  This list is always changing as cabins are adopted or new sites are planned.  Additional cabin sites often become available each spring.

Estes Park Center Cabins:

By popular demand, our two-bedroom “Rustic” Cabins are being recreated as Centennial Cabins for future generations! The new plan for our cozy two-bedroom Centennial Cabin is full of charm and comfort. There are two plans to choose from: a standard plan featuring 792 sq. ft. including living area, full kitchen, full bath and two bedrooms (sleeps five) OR our handicapped-accessible plan which also features 792 sq. ft., a larger living area, full kitchen, with a handicapped accessible bath and two bedrooms (sleeps five). Both plans feature 200 sq. ft. of deck space. The donation cost of the standard plan is $74,500-$149,000*; the donation cost of the accessible plan is $84,500-$169,000*, depending on your choice of adoption plans. These new Centennial Cabins can be built on the following existing “rustic” cabin sites:

Snow Mountain Ranch Cabins: 

 

Our two-bedroom fireplace cabins have a living/dining area, complete kitchen and one full bath in approximately 800 sq. ft.   These cabins sleep five and are located in beautiful areas with good views. They can be adopted for $57,500-$115,000* each, depending on your choice of adoption plans.

Our three-bedroom fireplace cabins have a living/dining area, a complete kitchen and two full baths. These cabins have 1,200 square feet, sleep seven and are located in beautiful areas with good views. They can be adopted for $79,500-$159,000*, depending on your choice of adoption plans.
