2. Submit 3 professional references. Contact 3 people that know you professionally.
Print out page 12 of the application packet which you can find by clicking here.
Give your professional references this form to fill out about you and have them scan it by email and send it to Jacie Gdovicak at jaciegdovicak@ymcarockies.org or they can also fax it to 970-577-8322.
3. Submit 1 family reference.

4. Complete selected parts of the ICCP application:

• Proof of Work Experience: (Please indicate month and year for dates of employment) Page 6
• Obtain letters from the employers you listed on page 2 supporting the dates you worked for them and the duties you performed.
• Participant Essay Section: Page 7
• Sign Participant Agreement: Page 9
• Please also provide proof of education completed
o Certified Copy of certificate, degree, or diploma; OR
o Official letter from post-secondary educational institution confirming graduation date, and educational level completed (degree/certificate/diploma), and field of study: OR
o Official Transcript form post-secondary educational institution
*The Police Background Check and Proof of English Proficiency are not necessary to submit unless your application is chosen to continue in the process.
*Programs start March 15, 2010 at Estes Park Center and April 1, 2010 at Snow Mountain Ranch. The deadline to apply is December 1, 2009.
