How much will I make?
On-grounds seasonal staff receive a weekly wage of $180 for a full work week which includes housing and 3 meals per day. Overtime is paid for any hours worked over 40 per week or over 12 hours per day.
Complimentary accommodations
For each full month you are scheduled to work, you will receive one FREE night in a guest lodge for yourself or visiting family members, up to 7 per year. Complimentary accommodations may be used at Estes Park Center or Snow Mountain Ranch. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply.

Appreciation Fund
Employees who complete their work agreements and leave in good standing will receive a portion of the Appreciation Fund. The appreciation fund is paid out three times per year, usually in April, September and December.

YMCA Membership
Staff receives FREE use of the Estes Park Center facilities including tennis courts, swimming pool, skating rink, basketball and volleyball courts, skate park and mini-golf course.
Other Benefits
- Computers with Internet access are available for staff to use in our library or bring your laptop for free wireless connection.
- Our staff recreation hall includes a pool table, foosball table, satellite TV and VCR/DVD.
- The Staff Coordinator's Office keeps a collection of VHS and DVD movies, as well as camping equipment, for you to rent at no charge!
- The Center's Library contains over 15,000 volumes including current bestsellers, old favorites and many titles about Colorado and Rocky Mountain National Park.
- During the summer, the program department offers guided hikes in RMNP and the surrounding area. Staff may participate at no charge on a space available basis. Snowshoe hikes are available in the winter. Snowshoe rentals are also available to the staff free of charge.
- Linen is provided for staff living on grounds; it must be returned in satisfactory condition upon departure. Used linen may be exchanged for cleaning at the commercial laundry at any time.
- Direct Deposit is available for your paycheck.
