  • GENERAL MAINTENANCE WORKER (all seasons, 2-4 positions) D Respond to problems with customer facilities and complete basic repairs in plumbing, heating, electrical and carpentry. Uses a variety of power, hand and carpentry tools. Lift 50 lbs., four feet daily, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • GROUNDS MAINTENANCE WORKER (all seasons, 2-8 positions) D Responsibilities include trash service, recycling, litter pick-up, yard work, snow shoveling. Work outside in varied weather conditions. Uses yard and power equipment. Lift 50 lbs., four feet daily, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • BUILDING MAINTENANCE WORKER (all seasons) D Respond to problems with customer facilities and complete basic repairs in drywall repair, painting & carpentry. Uses a variety of power, hand and carpentry tools. Lift 50 lbs., four feet daily, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
  • OFFICE WORKER (all seasons, 1 position) D Covers office responsibilities during weekend shifts. Receives guest repair calls and creates work orders to ensure repairs are made. Performs basic office duties such as data entry & filing. Possesses good organizational, communication and customer service skills. Computer/keyboard skills required. Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English.
