KITCHEN MANAGER Responsible for all operations of the camp kitchen, in accordance with Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment rules and regulations, including but not limited to: food preparation, food ordering, cleanliness of kitchen facility, and supervision of one assistant and eight staff members. $580/week

ASSISTANT KITCHEN MANAGER Responsible for assisting with all duties of the Kitchen Manager (see above).  $220/week

KITCHEN STAFF Responsible for food preparation for all camp meals.  Responsible for cleanliness of camp kitchen, dining hall facility, and dishes.  $180/week
