The Aspen Dining Room
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served every day in an all-you-can-eat buffet-style dining hall.  Bring the whole family or group for a delicious start to your day with fresh fruit and hot breakfast options.  Lunch and dinner offer a fresh salad bar with healthy toppings and a wide variety of great entrees.  Don't forget to stop by the dessert table and taste our baker's homemade goodies!  Meals are available on a pay-as-you-go basis.

Breakfast:
7:00 - 9:00, Adults: $8, Children: $4
Lunch:
11:30 - 1:30, Adults: $10, Children: $6
Dinner:
5:00 - 7:00, Adults: $14, Children: $9
Children: 6-12 years old.  Children 5 and under are free.
Buffet meals include salad bar, entrees, dessert and beverages.

Pine Room Restaurant
Enjoy fine dining in the historic Pine Room.  Open Memorial Day through Labor Day, the Pine Room features Sunday brunch and dinner, lunch a la carte and a prime rib buffet dinner Monday through Friday, and dinner on Saturday. 

Rustic Cafe
Located in the Administration Building, the Rustic Cafe is a perfect place to grab a fresh sandwich, salad or a cup of soup before heading out for a hike.  Wake up early and sip a cup of coffee or espresso from the Coffee Cart.  We serve a wide variety of breakfast options and to-go meals for lunch or dinner!
